Contract awarded for provide school aircraft providing a ready -to -fly school aircraft, with the technical specifications in the specifications. the aircraft must be new, with a maximum of 10 trial flights made by the manufacturer. the product, prepared for the flight, will be delivered to an aerodrome of the romanian airline, mentioned by the contracting authority, at the expense of the supplier, within 6 months from the conclusion of the contract. the term of reception is maximum 3 days from the delivery of the products by the supplier to the final destination. the contracting authority will pay the price of the contract from two sources: from the institution's own funds and from the funds from the insurance company that will pay the amount due to the romanian aircraft as compensation. the bidders will accept this financing structure and will not condition the delivery of the exact source of payment. number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. value of the result: winner selection date : date of conclusion of the contract :22/05/2025 estimated value excluding vat :.provide school aircraft at Not Classified,Not Classified,Romania
