Contract awarded for alarm center system and home care security service equipment the object of the procurement is the home care device-independent alarm center system (as an on-premises solution for the customer~s computer room) used in istekki oy~s service production, which is software intended for receiving and processing security service alarms. reception of security alarms takes place at the customer~s security service center, which uses the system that is the object of the purchase. what is important is a uniform, reliable and secure alarm system, which can be used to provide a high-quality service to support living at home. it is hoped that the alarm system will be able to integrate with the necessary patient and customer information systems, the home care enterprise control system and the security device management systems. in addition, security devices for home care that are independent of the alarm center are acquired, which enable the security service customer to live safely in their own home, for example due to reduced functional capacity. on the basis of the contract concluded based on this tender, istekki can offer the home care alarm system as a service to its own customers. the purpose of the procurement contract is to enable security service alerts from solutions from different security device suppliers and thus enable a supplier-independent solution for security devices. the procurement contract is to be used only by istekki oy and the parties to the resulting contract are only istekki oy and the selected supplier. for the sake of clarity, it is stated that isteki~s customers are not contracting parties, parties to this tender or the procurement contract based on it, and will not otherwise join the procurement. value of the result:? winner selection date :? date of conclusion of the contract :15/04/2024 estimated value excluding vat : .alarm center system and home care security service equipment at Not Classified,Not Classified,Finland
